A PIN is a Personal
Identification Number that only you, the borrower,
can assign. You need a PIN
to view your own library account or
to place a hold over the Internet.
Do not give out your PIN, as doing so may permit
access to information on your library account.

Create a new
PIN
If you have never
had a PIN
before, you can create one for yourself.
- Select View
Your Record from the Catalogue.
- Enter your name and press TAB.
- Enter your library card number
and press TAB.
- Enter what you want as your
PIN
(can be letters or numbers) and press
ENTER.
- You will be prompted to enter
it again to confirm your PIN.
Please remember your PIN
as you will need it to view your record
or to request items to be placed on hold for you.

Change your PIN
If you wish to change your PIN,
go to View
Your Record, enter your name, library
card number, and your current PIN, and click on
the display button. The next screen will give
you the option to Modify your PIN.

Forget your PIN?
If you cannot remember your PIN,
we will need to cancel it before you can
create a new one.
Please contact any branch library to have a staff
person delete your PIN.
