Borrow a Museum Pass

You can borrow a family pass to gain free admission to the Waterloo Region Museum, Doon Heritage Village, and Joseph Schneider Haus.

This initiative is part of a Region-wide partnership between public libraries and the Waterloo Regional Museum, to provide individuals and families with the opportunity to visit some of the area’s top cultural attractions.

Museum passes can be borrowed from any of our library locations. The pass offers regular admission for a family of up to two adults and all dependent children to all Waterloo Region Museum locations (a pass is not required for McDougall Cottage, which is free to visit).

Passes are not valid for ticketed events, workshops or school programs.
