Using the ABC Health Matters Workbook by ABC Life Literacy Canada and local resources, this session will cover basic health information including:

• Health Insurance, including OHIP
• Family Doctors
• Walk-In Clinics
• Urgent Care Clinics
• Emergency Rooms
• Medical History Cards

The information session will be followed by 30 minutes for questions and answers.
