Meeting Room Rentals
Need to plan a meeting but don’t have the space? We can help.
Community meetings, training sessions, workshops, interviews, symposiums – we have the space and equipment that’s right for you. We can accommodate groups of 2 to 200 people, from small meeting rooms to a full Theatre.
Please review the Terms of Use and Frequently Asked Questions prior to booking a room.
Room Rates and Equipment Fees
Select a library location to view meeting rooms and fees. Rooms are available at Central Library, Country Hills, Forest Heights and Grand River Stanley Park. HST is included in all prices.
Payment can be made in person, by mail or by phone using cash, cheque, MasterCard, VISA or debit card. Cheques should be made payable to Kitchener Public Library.
